Pim de Brock: “By merging our two companies, we strengthen our market position and give our clients access to even more expertise in the digital domain.” Luuk Ceulen adds: “This move also expands growth opportunities for our employees while reinforcing our position as an employer for new talent.” Over the course of the year, PITCHER will transition its brand identity to NOBEARS.
NOBEARS has received significant recognition in recent years for its rapid growth and strong client satisfaction ratings. With the addition of PITCHER, the company now has around 90 specialists dedicated to digital customer experience (CX) strategies and solutions. Previously, NOBEARS successfully integrated Sjonic Digital Media and ID Factory into its operations. In 2022, NOBEARS partnered with investment firm Synergia Capital Partners to further expand its ambitions. The company aims to bring in more agencies to form a collective, establishing itself as the leading agency group in digital CX solutions.
Dustin Karelse – NOBEARS Group:“First and foremost, we are incredibly excited to welcome PITCHER. We’ve been in discussions for years, so this feels like a natural next step. With our partner Synergia, we now have a broader perspective on the market, which opens up new opportunities. We are actively looking for agencies that want to join forces and build a strong collective together. The key is cultural alignment, shared ambition, and a commitment to serving clients from a unified brand and vision. This approach fosters the best synergy, teamwork, and quality for our clients. NOBEARS stands for entrepreneurship and adventure, with a ‘no obstacles’ mentality—PITCHER fits that vision perfectly.”
PITCHER will retain its Den Bosch office, expanding NOBEARS’ presence across Heusden, Den Bosch, Utrecht, Tilburg, and Eindhoven. Clients of NOBEARS include Van Mossel Automotive Group, Jumpsquare, Van Wanrooij Bouw & Ontwikkeling, De Mandemakers Group, and Bakker Bart.
